Get a free pedometer
If you go to the My Heart Now website http://www.myheartnow.com/content/index.jsp and fill out a brief survey, Pfizer will send you a free pedometer. It takes just a few minutes and you'll be on your way to a simple, effective exercise program.

I filled out the form, but never got the pedometer. I think Pfizer is just using this to gather information!
